These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Find Professional Product Photos Shopify app ("the App," "we," "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the App Does

The App helps you discover product photos from publicly accessible sources on the internet, based on your product titles. You choose which photos to upload to your Shopify store — the App does not upload anything automatically.

2. Merchant Responsibility for Photos

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You choose what gets uploaded. The App finds and displays photos as options. You decide whether to upload them. We never upload images to your store without your explicit action.
• Photos may be copyright-protected. Many images on the internet are owned by photographers, brands, or manufacturers and are protected by copyright or trademark law. The App does not verify, guarantee, or represent that any image is free to use commercially.
• You are responsible for verifying rights. Before uploading any image, it is your obligation to confirm you have the legal right to use it on your store. When in doubt, don't upload it — use your own photos or a licensed stock photo service instead.
• We are not liable for copyright claims. Find Professional Product Photos bears no responsibility — directly or indirectly — for any copyright infringement claim, DMCA notice, trademark dispute, or legal action arising from images you select and upload through the App.
• You indemnify us. You agree to defend and hold harmless Find Professional Product Photos and its owners from any claim, cost, or liability arising from your use of images uploaded through the App or your violation of any third party's intellectual property rights.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You may not use the App in any way that could harm others or violate third-party rights.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find Professional Product Photos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
